Here’s a closer look at what we cover

General Liability

Included: $2M Annual Coverage
Increased Limits Available

General liability helps cover the costs if you accidentally hurt someone or damage something while on a job. It’s peace of mind for the what-ifs — so one mistake doesn’t wipe out your income.

If someone trips over your gear and gets injured, or your light stand falls and causes property damage, it can pay for medical bills or repairs. Our policy can also protect you if someone claims you used their work without permission, takes issue with your advertising, or a competitor sues you for slander. Visit our liability insurance simplified page to learn more.

Camera Equipment Insurance

Up to $75,000 Annual Coverage (Optional)
$5K Included in Annual Plus Automatically!

Also known as Inland Marine, camera insurance can pay to repair or replace damaged or stolen business equipment — camera bodies, lenses, lighting equipment, and more. Our policy can protect against claims that occur at home, on the job, and anywhere in between.

Full Frame’s annual plans offer multiple camera equipment insurance options to match your business needs. Not available on Event policies.

Damage To Rented Premises

Included: $300,000 (Annual Plans Only)

Designed to protect your videography business from the cost of claims if you accidentally damage a rented space, like your studio or event booth.

This includes broad property damage coverage for the first seven (7) days and accidental fire damage (also known as fire legal liability insurance) after that.

Professional Liability

Optional: $200,000 per policy term
Highly recommended for most photographers!

Professional liability (also called “errors and omissions” or “failure to deliver” coverage) helps protect you if something goes wrong and a client says you didn’t do what you promised.

Maybe you missed a key shot, your memory card failed, or you got sick and couldn’t show up. It can also cover mistakes — like giving the wrong instructions or forgetting an important step in a demo.

This coverage helps protect your reputation — and your wallet — when honest mistakes happen.

Data Breach (Cyber Liability)

Optional: $100,000 per policy term

Data breach insurance helps protect you if your business gets hacked or hit with a cyberattack, like ransomware, malware, or phishing. It’s a smart idea if you take online payments, store client info or photos, or send private files through email or the internet.

This coverage can help pay for things like alerting clients, fixing your systems, legal fees, and any settlements if you get sued.

Really easy & just what I needed now that I’ve upgraded my gear and need to have that peace of mind. Hopefully, I won’t need to submit a claim in the future, but if I do, I hope it goes as well as the purchasing did.

"Great, fast insurance at a perfect price."

Great, fast insurance at a perfect price. We work and shoot weddins internationally so it was super convenient to have fast, easy coverage for the few weddings that we had in the states this year. There were a couple of changes that I needed to make after purchasing a single-day policy and their customer support was super helpful and fast. Thank you, Full Frame!

Failure to Deliver (Professional Liability)
(Optional With Annual Plans Only)

Failure to Deliver, aka professional liability or errors and omissions (E&O), can cover the cost of claims that arise from mistakes, like if your memory card fails and your client’s photos are lost, an unexpected illness prevents you from being able to shoot an event, or you inadvertently give poor or incomplete advice as part of a demo.

Additional Insureds

When you add a person, event, or organization to your policy as an additional insured, they receive protection if they are named in a suit due to a covered business-related loss/claim because of your actions or operations.

Additional insured status cannot be granted to a friend or co-worker as an extension of your policy. Each individual must purchase their own policy to obtain liability coverage.

A written contract, such as a venue, studio rental, or employment contract is required to add another party as additional insured.

General Liability

General liability insurance can cover the cost of third-party bodily injury and property damage claims, like if a client trips on your business equipment and injures themselves, or you accidentally damage furnishings or flooring at a venue. It also protects against the cost of copyright infringement claims, personal and advertising injury claims, and more.

Damage To Rented Premises

This coverage can protect your business from the cost of claims arising from damages done to rented spaces, like a studio or event booth. It’s common for property owners and event organizers to require businesses to list them as additional insureds on a policy before renting a space. Full Frame provides unlimited additional insureds for just $30.
